Have you ever put in a huge amount of work with with your team to win that great new client?

You probably focused on putting your best foot forward, polished off some rough edges in your agency, talked up your capabilities, really stretched the definition of ‘industry experience’, said that you use some sort of proprietary methodology (that you came up with when writing the pitch).

The best brains came together and really moved the agency offering forward in order to win the pitch.

And now that’s where you’ve set the expectation.

Misalignment between expectations set by your pitch (what your agency looks like on its best day) and what it’s like working with you day-to-day can really kill that post win momentum.
