This doesn’t have to mean the same levels of formality you would expect from an ASX listed company – but it does mean setting up systems in the agency that help to drive performance and accountability at a senior level.
The founder of OTTESU is GAICD certified from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with years of experience as a Director and Non-Executive Director.
Outcomes can be a simple as advice or establishing a more formal system of reporting, through to working with you to establish advisory or formal boards.
This added layer of accountability doesn’t aim to stop you from running your business the way you think it should be run – but it does allow you to be confident that you’re following established best practice when it comes to running your business.
Governance engagements are on a project or retainer basis, depending on requirements. Agency Mapping is not required prior to a Governance engagement.
